CRAFT YOUR CROWN
An exploration of Business Archetypes, Art, and Ceremony
Starting with guided reflections and journal prompts, we will explore and define your archetype and how it aligns to your goals and vision of your business. Are you in a season of The Maiden (Exploring), The Mother (Nurturing), The Empress (Expansion) or The Crone (Deepening)? We will define your “season” and explore how it shapes and defines your personal and business brand.
Next, you will create a one-of-a-kind crown from natural treasures— ethically sourced materials like bones, shells, crystals, porcupine quills, and more—infusing it with your personal power and self-written mantra.
We will close with a sacred ceremony honoring your evolving self and personal power, claiming your crown as you step forward into your future, feeling bold and confident.
You will receive a mini portrait in your hand-crafted crown as part of the ceremony-so wear (or bring) something you feel powerful in.
No art making experience needed—just an open heart and a desire to connect. All supplies included in the cost of the workshop.

NETWORKING, REDEFINED
Since our inception in August of 2023, we’ve hosted a wide variety of networking based events and workshops — becoming colloquially known as “The Wettest & Sweatiest Networking” of Sarasota (because of our summer beach walks!) and building up to a community of over 1500 women in our Facebook group.
So, what exactly is a MOVER & SHAKER?
A Mover and Shaker is a bold and courageous woman — someone that does bold things (like start a business or leave their job!) against the odds and oftentimes the status quo…even when they are absolutely, heart-wrenchingly terrified.
You are a Mover & Shaker even if you are at the very beginning of your business journey, have a seedling or an idea for a side hustle, or are completely burning your business down and rebuilding from the ground up.
In this group we acknowledge that owning a business, crafting a life that is right for you and living your unique purpose can be overwhelming, challenging, beautiful and complex. But…You don’t have to do it alone — and navigating this process surrounded by other women who are dedicated to lifting you up throughout all of the ups and downs? Now that’s a million times better 😜

Movers & Shakers is brought to you by two Scandinavian empaths, photographers & creatives who loooove building community, being complete goofs in public (well, and all the time) and helping women make big things happen.
We’re Kristine and Sami — two heart-led creatives who believe that networking doesn’t have to feel awkward, forced, or performative. In fact, we believe it can be fun, soulful, and even a little magical.
We met through Movers & Shakers (yep — it started with one event!) and instantly clicked. Now, we get to co-host this community together and welcome you into the kind of space we always dreamed of finding: grounded in sisterhood, full of purpose, and bursting with possibility.
Sami is the founder of Movers & Shakers, a brand designer, photographer, and community-builder who brings vision, heart, and a creative spark to everything she touches — (her clients affectionately call her their “Brand Fairy! 🧚♀️”)
Kristine is a Swedish-born author, life coach, and photographer who brings compassion, depth, and a warm, welcoming energy that instantly puts you at ease (especially if you're an introvert — she sees you).
Together, we’re here to hold space, cheer you on, and help you connect — not just with others, but with your own hopes and dreams.
